Partnership is all about teamwork. Both have the same goal, a happy & healthy child. There will be a big influence on the child ,when they see how the parents are interacting.

Working as a team doesnt mean you will never disagree. Both Mother& Father are the individuals, who came from the different surroundings, with different ideas & skills.

Secrets of being best partners in parenting:
• Communication - whether you agree or     disagree on your partner's decision,just   communicate & share your thoughts
• Respect each other's decisions
• Give some break to both at times
• Listen to understand
• Dont forget to appreciate each other
• Try to understand the different parenting styles of both

Both mother & father go through various situations in which they have to adjust, after the birth of the child. But, at the end, everything is for our child.

 • Dont always expect the house to be clean and the food to be ready on the table.
• Always ask your partner how the day was.
